We are looking for a provider to support two young men A and B (school leavers) with Learning Disabilities in a planned shared supported tenancy. Both require 24/7 support.
One will be attending Perth College 3 days per week during term time, and attend Corbenic Day Services on the other two weekdays.
The other young man will attend Corbenic Day Services 5 days per week, transport arrangements have been factored in with taxis.
Both young men will require all day weekend support and seven nights a week sleepover (one staff member).
