The contract will comprise either 6 monthly or annual servicing of the Oil-fired boilers in Orkney Islands Council’s property portfolio.
Minor repairs resulting from the service visits will be issued and completed through Dayworks at agreed rates up to set values.
Tenders will be assessed using the Most Economically Advantageous Tender process using the criteria of price and technical/quality assurance.
