North Lanarkshire Council in conjunction with East Ayrshire Council, East Dunbartonshire Council, East Renfrewshire Council, North Ayrshire Council, Renfrewshire Council, South Ayrshire Council, South Lanarkshire Council, West Dunbartonshire Council and West Lothian Council (“The Authorities”) wish to investigate a jointly procured solution for the sorting and treatment of mixed Paper and Card collected from households at kerbside across the geographical areas the Authorities cover.
