As part of our Digital Strategy, the Crown Office & Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) will transform the corporate desktop computer into a ‘Digital Workplace’ solution, equipping our staff with the digital technology tools and capability to support our digital strategy enterprise and staff flexibility working aims. The Digital Workplace will provide staff with technology that has been designed to enable digital working and completion of tasks and business activities, helping support increased productivity. COPFS will also deliver improvements to existing IT services, by fixing known issues arising from legacy desktop technologies or configurations.
