Over the next 12 months the Crown Office & Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) will be delivering a number of programmes to support our Digital Strategy initiatives. The major components of these include the introduction of new infrastructure, security, application and operational components. Most of these services rely heavily on new versions of existing Microsoft platforms.
The successful delivery of these new services will require a change in skill-set from the support staff and we therefore have a requirement to provide an appropriate learning framework based on these very specific technologies and products.
