The University is looking to review the Library end to end process - this includes a variety of different processes such as; ordering an image/media piece to the provision of digitised items to students, academics and the public.
This also includes the following stages of order requests, order processing, payment, digital asset management and discovery and we would expect order processing and digital asset management to interact with the Library and University Collections catalogues.
The University is aware that the digital asset management process is very specific to digitising images and media, however, as it is part of the order process so the university is expecting this to interact with order processing.
