All properties must also be LD2 Grade D/F compliant by 29th January 2021. 2,646 currently have or are scheduled in an existing programme of works to be LD2 Grade D/F compliant by 29th January 2021. The purpose of the works included in this contract is to ensure compliance of the remaining properties to LD2 by 29th January 2021 and to complete periodic electrical checks for all properties and communal areas including communal lighting as well as completing the associated electrical works.
