The seaFAST provides automated matrix removal and preconcentration of trace metals in seawater and other complex solutions, essential prior to ICP-MS analysis, which is not currently within the analytical capabilities of the School of GeoSciences. This interface will improve sample through-put and quality data acquisition while reducing labour costs and training time.
