The Scottish Police Authority (known as the SPA) is seeking to create a Multi Supplier Framework agreement, which will be awarded on a ranked basis with an estimated maximum number or 8 suppliers available for service provision. When a requirement arises a representative from the SPA will approach the first ranked supplier who must be available to meet with the representative to discuss the requirement, if the first ranked supplier is unable to fulfil the requirement and / or to the SPA’s expectations, the SPA will approach the second ranked supplier and continue this process until a suitable supplier is identified
