The Contract will provide support for the whole prison population held within HMP & YOI Polmont. It is intended to target those who have suffered issues relating to Trauma, Bereavement and Loss. In particular, traumatic bereavement was highlighted as a significant issue amongst the prison population. The service will include assessment of offenders on receipt of a referral, direct interventions and, if required, therapeutic support.
