The Contract will involve the successful Contractor undertaking medical adaptation and associated works within existing residential dwellings over a four-year period from the commencement date. Currently, Williamsburgh Housing Association undertake and provide approximately Thirty (30) adaptations to existing bathrooms annually to their customers who reside in Paisley, Johnstone and Renfrew, Renfrewshire.
Individual Orders will be issued for each adaptation required during the Contract and Bidders are advised that Williamsburgh Housing Association currently issue approximately forty (40) – fifty (50) Order per annum in relation to medical adaption works. Individual Orders may include full medical adaptation works to an existing bathroom or shower room, singular or multiple component works or trades.
