The purpose of this Public Information Notice is to allow East Renfrewshire Council (ERC) to engage with the marketplace and carry out a soft-market test exercise with a view to gathering requirements and confirming scope for a solution providing Digital Signage that encompasses:
Improved signposting and displays for both internal and external customers and residents.
A remote delivery mechanism capable of managing and updating content throughout the digital signage estate
A solution that caters to a the needs of a complex organisation, with elements of content and template centralization but allows sites to have a certain degree of autonomy with deploying digital content unique to them
