Supply, erect and dismantle scaffolding to regions located within West Lothian. Two lots will be awarded with interested Suppliers being invited to bid for one or both lots.
Lot 1 - scaffolding works up to the value of 50,000GBP
Lot 2- scaffolding works over the value of 50,000GBP.
The framework shall be for a 2 year period with the option to extend up to a further 2 years in total, where the spend allows. It should be noted that where Lot 2 requires scaffolding to be in place the contract may be extended further up to a further 12 months; where the value of spend has not been exceeded i.e. 4.55M GBP total. Tenderers will be evaluated using a weighing of 60% price / 40% quality, based on the most advantageous tenders (MEAT). It is the councils intention to award the most competent companies who will commit to and work with the council, making sure our scaffolding needs continue to be met throughout the life of the framework.
