AWARD NOTICE - The Sir Duncan Rice Library houses the largest of the University's modern collections over 7 floors - including Arts, Humanities, Sciences and Social Sciences, and historic collections of rare books, manuscripts and archives in the Special Collections Centre on the Lower Ground Floor.
Prior to and during the exam period, the Library opening hours are extended to 24/7 to facilitate student study, which requires an enhanced cleaning service. Students are permitted to eat and drink in the facility, though hot food is not permitted.
This is an invitation to submit a proposal for supplying supplementary cleaning services to the University of Aberdeen during exam periods in the Sir Duncan Rice Library.
