North Ayrshire Council requires a suitably experienced contractor to carry out design, supply and installation of Equality Act Compliant ramps to residential properties. The Council require the service to meet the obligations under the Housing (Scotland) act 2006 and to adhere to the equality act 2010. The installation of ramps is part of a wider adaptations service offered by the Council.
The resultant contract will commence in April 2019. The initial contract term will be for 3 years until April 2022 with the option to extend by up to 24 months dependant on budget approval and satisfactory performance of the supplier.
