The University utilises marquees to hold events during the course of the academic year. The primary use is for set activities eg for Graduation twice per year, but on an annual basis also for May Festival, Freshers’ Week and other high profile University events. These events are important activities in the University calendar and an integral part of the institution’s operations and culture.
The University is seeking to establish a ranked framework agreement with a maximum of three (3) suppliers for the provision of marquees and related services to the University, including heating, lighting, flooring, décor and other services, and incorporating on site evaluations to discuss access, delivery, and erection/derigging of marquees.
