SPT seeks to appoint an innovative and qualified Contractor with the required and proven experience to exploit the Roadside advertising opportunities within SPT’s estate and to manage and sell advertising within the 212 advertising bus shelters over East Ayrshire, East Dunbartonshire, East Renfrewshire, Inverclyde, North Ayrshire, South Ayrshire, South Lanarkshire and West Dunbartonshire Local Authority area.

Contractor request to extend tender return date
Tender validity period extended to 26/11/2019 for both Lots.
Lot 1 Roadside Advertising Contract
Tender return date extended to 17 June 2019.
Minimum tender period extended from a 5 year duration to a 10 year duration to ensure best value for SPT.
Please note that the Commercial (Financial) Assessment will be based on the projected revenue figures for a 10 year duration.
Optional bids can still be submitted in conjunction with a fully compliant tender bid for a 10 year duration.
