North Ayrshire Council requires a proposed Industrial Unit at Kyle Road, Irvine. This comprises the erection of commercial units extending to 700m², single storey, mono-pitched brick and metal clad building. The unit has been designed to be flexible and has a number of openings on the main facade that houses the functional door, window and roller shutter openings. A service yard with car parking and associated services and boundary fencing. Drainage / SuDs to serve the building will be installed and extended to provide the infrastructure connections for future development site.
The works will consist of mechanical and electrical works and will include the design and construction of Piling, Steelwork connections, Roof and Wall Cladding, Curtain Walling, Rainwater Installation, Mechanical Controls, Lightning protection and Voice and Data Installation.
The works are expected to commence April/May 2019
