Description

Falkirk Community Trust wishes to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to undertake the upgrade of the existing play area at Callendar Park including both hard and soft landscaping works.The contractor will be required demonstrate their ability to deliver high quality play parks. The works will be carried out under NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract - Option A (with Activity Schedule).The Contractor will act as Principal Contractor as defined by the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
