FSS requires the Supplier to provide a Trichinella testing services as defined in relevant European and UK legislation APPENDIX A and further described in the Legal Framework for Trichinella and UK NRL Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) APPENDIX B.
It will be the responsibility of the Supplier to meet the requirements of the Performance Management Framework as described at APPENDIX D to deliver performance of the Contract in accordance with UK and EU Law within this area and FSS will assess the Contractor’s performance throughout the life of the contract.
Service Delivery - Sample Analysis
FSS requires the Supplier to provide a service to analyse samples as follows:
Routinely analyse Trichinella samples within appropriately accredited premises in accordance with the statutory Trichinella testing programme as agreed with FSS.
