The requirement is for a new single database Leisure Management System. The system shall allow the use of mobile technology for staff i.e. online registers for coached sessions lessons etc., this shall also facilitate the recording of progression through a scheme (i.e. swim scheme) and shall link to a web based customer interface which allows parents/participants to see progress.
The system should be able to report with ease, creating automated reports as required and shall allow us to monitor and record service use and trends by facility and by activity, we also want to be able to record and monitor customer satisfaction as well as demonstrating the impact of our services.
