The Scottish Government has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of SG Enterprise Accounting System (SEAS) and Hyperion Support. This will take the form of a Support Agreement, covering both core and self-service application licences, and will provide support for all bodies using SEAS as their finance system and shared service facility.
