Description

The State Hospital is an NHS hospital providing care and treatment for mentally disordered offenders in conditions of high security. The hospital operates a complex and integrated suite of security systems that provide detection, alarm and observations in order to support this care and treatment. Several of these security measures are to be renewed, refreshed and enhanced via a supply and installation contract. The project is estimated to take 24 months. These security measures will include the following systems and equipment:

Video Surveillance Systems (CCTV)
IP Fibre Network
Security Control Room
Tubestiles
Integration with SMS (Cortech Datalog 5)
Staff Personal Attack Alarm system
Automatic Number plate Recognition
