Perth and Kinross Council are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out the ad – hoc repair, maintenance and to provide an emergency call out provision to gas boilers within our domestic properties.
Perth and Kinross Council own approximately 7400 homes for rent including flats, semi – detached and terrace properties of which 5600 have gas heating. The housing stock is divided into both urban and rural locations namely, Perth City, North Perthshire, South Perthshire, Letham / Hillyland.
