Ahead of the procurement for a Fire Safety Management System that is suited to a sizeable University estate of approximately 400 premises, spread across 5 campuses in and around the Edinburgh area, we are seeking information from the market in connection with the sections set out in this Request for Supplier Information (RFI).
This RFI is for the provision of a Fire Safety Management System that can be used primarily by the Fire Safety Unit but accessed by specified staff such as Fire Stewards, Managers and Estates personnel from across the University.
The solution will support the existing estate (approximately 400 premises spread across 5 campuses in and around the Edinburgh area) and will be capable of meeting the needs of the prioritised processes described in the RFI document attached/provided.
