This is a Contract AWARD Notice and as such the procurement process is complete. HIE is seeking a suitably qualified supplier who has experience of working with mainly micro and small social/community enterprises to provide Board Healthcheck, Skills and Training (BHST) across the Highlands and Islands region. Due to the nature of the requirements, the supplier should have a knowledge and understanding of Board governance issues, best practice in this area and an in-depth knowledge of the geography of the region.
It is expected that these services will be required from April 2019 for an initial period of 2 years, with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 1 calendar year following the Initial Term.
The budget currently available to deliver this service (including any extension) is between GBP120k and GBP135k (excluding VAT).
