Provision of market research services to conduct a high-level customer survey on behalf of the National Records of Scotland. The survey results shall be used to establish a baseline of customer satisfaction for the service and inform future engagement and satisfaction levels. The timescale for completion is 31 March 2019 and the budget limit is £16,666.00 + VAT.The services required include qualitative and quantitative data, question testing plan for a short on-line survey using a smaple size of 3% to 5%, innovative approaches to maximising participation, production and possible on-site presentation of a report summarising findings including recommendations for any high-level areas of service improvements.
