The purpose of this exercise is to seek notes of interest from the market for the provision of catering services at Clydebank Town Hall to support a range of internal and external events at the venue including weddings, conferences and celebrations. The skill and capacity exists in-house to provide bar and buffet style food for functions however, the Council is seeking to appoint up to three specialist contractor/s to cater for clients seeking provision of sit down meals and silver service.
