Bathroom Replacement Contract to 80 Nr. identified properties throughout existing housing stock.
Scope of Works is as follows:
1. Remove all existing sanitary appliances, floor coverings, wall tiles, wallboards and redundant electrical fittings.
2. Supply and install new sanitary fittings generally comprising wc, wash hand basin, bath including taps, waste etc. and over-bath shower complete with shower curtain and rail.
3. Supply and lay new vinyl flooring including plywood underlay.
4. Supply and fit new wet-wall panelling to areas at bath and wash hand basin.
5. Replace redundant electrical fittings including new LED light fitting.
6. Install or replace existing extract fans as required.
