Scottish Water requires a cloud hosted software and hardware workspace management service to replace the current Workspace Manager product (current supplier Asure Software).
The service will allow employees to book and manage reservations for 2,500 resources (made up of desks, hot desks, meeting rooms, pool cars, electric car charging points and parking spaces) across fifteen Scottish Waster locations, using a number of potential interfaces (such as web based application; meeting room panels; self-service kiosks; mobile interface; Outlook Add In).
The service will allow Scottish Water Workplace team to report on the utilisation of the resources to enable strategic decision making at these locations.
