Perth & Kinross Council (PKC) are seeking to appoint a property valuer to prepare an independent valuation of a sample from the property assets owned by Perth and Kinross Council.This contract will require completion by February 2019. All valuations will require to be carried out in accordance with RICS Red Book and in accordance with statutory legislation for Local Authority Financial ReportingThis document is being issued as a Direct Award under Crown Commercial Services RM3816, Lot 2G.
