Framework Agreement for the provision of stonework repairs to the Association’s traditional sandstone tenement properties located throughout the Possilpark and Springburn areas of North Glasgow.
The duration of the Framework Agreement will be 36 months, commencing on 6th February 2019, with the option – at the Client’s discretion – to extend the Agreement for a further 12-month period.
It is the intention of ng homes to appoint a maximum number of 3 contractors to the Framework.
Framework Contractors shall be able to demonstrate extensive experience in carrying out all aspects of remedial stonework and stone replacement in pre-1920 built tenement buildings.
Framework Contractors shall be registered member of the Stone Federation Great Britain (or equivalent industry organisation demonstrating competence).
