An Lochran is a multi-occupied site within the Inverness Campus, under shared ownership between Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) and The University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI). The site is the main office for HIE as well as an important base for UHI's academic and research activities. Scottish Rural College (SRUC) is also a tenant within the building.
This contract will be managed by HIE on behalf of other occupiers UHI and SRUC.
