North Ayrshire Council (The Council) wishes to establish a Framework for the Provision of Building Services Agency Staff. The contract will facilitate the provision of labour from various trade types as and when required for Building Services requirements. The Council currently have a Contract in place and this is due to expire on 13th December 2018. The resultant contract will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to 24 months subject to satisfactory performance.
As a minimum requirement bidders should have a minimum turnover of 1,920,000.
AN ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Or equivalent is required
Employers compulsory liability of 10,000,000
Public Liability Insurance of 5,000,000
