Description

This project provides for the replacement of the Medium Temperature Hot Water (MTHW) to Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) plate heat exchangers within the Kitchen and C Hall Plant Room at HMP Perth. The existing heat exchangers are at the end of their economic life with increasing incidents of leaks.
