The Wheatley Group intends to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Housing Construction and Associated Works. The Framework will be divided into 2 lots covering:
— Lot 1 — up to 30 Units; and
— Lot 2 — 31 units and above.
This Framework Agreement will be used by WHG companies as defined in the Framework Agreement for Housing Construction and Associated Works Terms and Conditions.
The Framework will be for a period of 36 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months at the sole discretion of the Wheatley Group.
