This tender process is being facilitated by Oak Tree Housing Association Ltd (OTHA) on behalf of OTHA, Cloch Housing Association Ltd (CHA) and Larkfield Housing Association Ltd (LHA).
The Associations carry out medical adaptations to a number of properties in the Inverclyde area. The works generally consist of the installation of wet floor shower areas, over-bath showers, handrails and other adaptations which allow people to remain in their homes. The contract will run for an initial 2-year duration. The Associations may wish, at their sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further 2, 12 month periods subject to performance.
Although a single contractor will be appointed to undertake the works for the Associations, the successful tenderer will enter into separate individual agreements with each Housing Association.
