Langstane Housing Association Limited is following an Open procurement procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulation 2015/The Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 to appoint a supplier to provide an internal audit service. The internal audit service is responsible for providing an objective, independent assessment of all Langstane's activities, financial and otherwise. It should provide a service to the whole Association including the Board and Audit Committee, subsidiary board of directors and all levels of management.
The term of the contract of internal audit services will be for a period of 3 years from 1 April 2019, with an option to extend on a year to year basis for up to a further 2 years.
