3 x Service Desk Analysts - based in Dundee.The Analysts will provide 1st Line IT support to service users on all Social Security supported infrastructure and software. Analysts will monitor, escalate and proactively review in scope service queues ensuring both response and fix SLA are maintained to agreed levels.In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that Analysts have a background in customer service, good telephony skills and are able to work in a high pressured environment. The technical aspects of the role will be developed through training and knowledge documents however an understanding of the ITIL framework and general application and infrastructure set up would be advantageous.
