The service comprises of appointing a cost consultant to verify the cost estimates and quantity of materials produced by the Lead Consultant in their designs for LA10, LA11 and LA13 regeneration projects. The service is to ensure that the quantities of materials specified in the designs are accurate and sufficient to successfully construct the designs.
This service is also to ensure that the estimated costs for the designs are kept with the budget available for each project. The bill of quantities and estimated costs for designs LA10, LA11 and LA13 will be monitored throughout the design stages of each project.
