1.1The Contract primarily involves the replacement of existing bathrooms (including sanitaryware, showers and wall finishes) throughout Inverclyde. The Contract will be undertaken over three phases of work between 2018 and 2020, commencing in October 2018.At the date of inviting tenders, Cloch Housing Association’s programme and phasing of bathroom replacement works for 2018-2020 are anticipated to include;•Financial Year 1st April 2018 – 31st March 2019 – Eighty (79) bathrooms located in properties throughout Greenock;•Financial Year 1st April 2019 – 31st March 2020 – Sixteen (16) bathrooms located in properties throughout Greenock;•Financial Year 1st April 2020 – 31st March 2021 – Thirty-Five (35) bathrooms, including Two (2) dwellings with WC rooms, located in properties throughout Greenock.
