Please note this is a contract award notice, not a new opportunity.The Scottish Government is seeking a contractor to deliver a qualitative research piece into the owners of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs), and their motivations and attitudes to growth and growth activities (e.g., innovation, internationalisation and productivity). The research should explore a number of growth specific behaviours that influence SME owner’s perceptions and ambitions. This will help to form an understanding of how SME growth can be nudged in Scotland. Delivering primary behavioural insight research will detail how the government can encourage specific growth behaviours (e.g. get more people to undertake workplace innovation).
