Castle Rock Housing Association is seeking expressions of interest from suitably resourced, qualified and experienced principal contractors in order to implement a Roofing and Structural(Primarily Rendering) Planned
Maintenance Programme and carry out Repairs as required via a Framework Agreement and associated call off
SBCC Minor Works with amendments contract.
The Framework Agreement duration is three years with a possible extension of a further two years for works in
Edinburgh North & East, Midlothian and East Lothian, Edinburgh South & West, West & Stirling and Factored sites.
