Wyeside Arts Centre - Project Manager

Wyeside Arts Centre is a vibrant arts provider in mid Wales. We are at a pivotal point in our development to prepare design proposals to RIBA Stage 3 for our ‘Wyeside Works’ capital redevelopment project to our Grade 2 listed building.We wish to appoint a Project Manager on a fixed contract basis, either as an individual or an appropriate business, with experience of managing arts projects and in particular capital developments. Once selected through a competitive tender process the candidate will assist the Wyeside to:1. Select and appoint a design team and other relevant consultants and lead the company through RIBA Stage 3 Developed Design.2. Co-ordinate and oversee the design preparation and related contracts.3.
