Bridgend County Borough Council wishes to commission an effective, efficient and economical payroll and managed accounts service, to work alongside the Council’s Direct Payments Team.The service is to support and enable Direct Payment recipients in carrying out payroll and associated administration functions for managed accounts, in relation to their Direct Payments funding.
