Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint contractors (Providers) to a Framework Agreement for the Design and Installation of Roof Mounted Solar PV Systems throughout Neath Port Talbot to support Tai Tarian in the delivery of its capital investment and Welsh Government’s Optimised Retrofit Programme.
The scope of this Framework Agreement comprises of the design, supply and installation of individual roof mounted solar PV arrays to Tai Tarian’s properties throughout Neath Port Talbot, and (may include during the life of the Framework Agreement) the installation (only) of environmental building energy monitoring systems, in accordance with all Appendices.
The scope of this Framework Agreement also comprises of the requirement to design and install solar PV systems on a "design and fit only" basis, i.e. this does not include the supply of solar PV panels, mounting brackets, or inverters, as these will be purchased and provided by Tai Tarian.

As requested, due to the reduction in the minimum turnover requirement, Tai Tarian is providing a 1 weeks' extension to the return date deadline for Tender submissions. Please note that a new version of the ITT will be uploaded to the contract notice, and all Tenderers are required to download this version and submit their Tender accordingly.
