The repair and architectural reinstatement of five historic timber shopfronts and the replacement of windows / porch on one commercial elevation, including (but not limited to) external painting, structural works, external access improvements within the Highway and associated M&E on Stanley Street, Holyhead. This project is split into two contract packages led by different architectural teams. Further details are set out in the Preliminaries & Contract Particulars document. The Council will be acting as the employer for the purposes of the contract.
