ppointment of a Design & Build Specialist Skatepark Contractor to develop designs consistent with Cardiff Council’s approved Skateboard Amenities Strategy and to deliver a replacement skatepark facility at Parc Coed Y Nant, Bryn Celyn Road, Pentwyn, Cardiff. The successful Contractor will be involved in local consultations to develop the design, will secure the existing site and arrange the removal/disposal of the existing skatepark facilities. The Contractor will oversee all aspects of design, construction and health & safety in accordance with the CDM Regulations. The successful contractor will be the Principal Contractor and ideally will also act in the capacity of (or make arrangements for the appointment of) the Principal Designer (although this role can be appointed separately by the client if necessary).
