The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) wishes to appoint consultants to undertake a feasibility study and prepare an indicative master plan vision for a Business Park on prime development land it owns near to Cardiff Airport (“the Service”). The consultants commissioned for this study are required to immediately commence the work tasks set out below and should aim to complete the study by the end of February 2025.
