To undertake a refurbishment of existing rooms to sub-divide and create 3no new teaching spaces at Brecon (B) Block, Treforest Campus.To carry out the refurbishment of existing space to create 3no new teaching spaces. Works to include minor demolition, new partitions, revised access, and associated installation of small power and lighting.USW will consider contractors working on weekends to achieve the targeted completion date.Note: There are rooms directly below this space that has scheduled classroom activities on the proposed dates of the works. Demolition or loud works will need to be undertaken at periods in the timetable where there are no activities below. USW to provide dates.Refurbishment works will need to be undertaken with minimal to no disruption to activities in the immediate areas below.There are major construction works in the vicinity of this block which will impact the logistics of skips/compounds.
